Real teachers have watches.
I'm serious. Nice-looking watches. Stylish, but nothing that will go out of season in a month or two. Watches that say "hi. I keep track of important things like time and students. I'm a real teacher, and I have time for you."
I got a teacher watch for my last birthday, and I've worn it every day since.
Today, I put on my teacher watch and went to my first interview to be a real-life teacher in the fall.
And I got the job. {I got the job!!}
