Second, you should know that watching my dad is where I learned to be so committed and work so hard for things you believe in, like your family. The more I learn about this true love thing, the more I realize just how strong my dad is, and what an example he has always been to me. I often catch myself doing weird quirks that my dad does, and as much as I hate to admit that, I'm secretly proud that I'm like him in many ways. Also, he cried a lot at my wedding, which made me feel loved.

And a shout-out to this best friend of mine: everyone who sees my husband interact with children tells me he's a natural, and that he's going to be a great dad. I agree 100%. One of the first things I fell in love with, before we were even dating, was Sam's desire to be a good father and husband to his family. That's his mail goal in life, and I love that about him. He's going to be one heck of a dad someday.

Plus there's a father-in-law, and lots of father-figure uncles, and grandpas, and I could go on and on. But the bottom line is: I've been blessed with some great fatherly examples around me. Happy Father's Day!
