11 months is a long time to us. And don't you sometimes feel like we're just cracking the surface of this marriage thing? That we're just barely starting to learn about the power of marriage, and kindness, and love? I feel that way sometimes.
I never could have guessed it from that mint hot chocolate date two Octobers ago. Could you? Something inside me said "he's going to be one of your best friends." But I had no idea that you would be my very best friend, the friend who tucks me in so softly and does the dishes.
I know we're still learning, and we both make mistakes, but in a way, that's what makes this relationship so good for me. The imperfections.
I adore you. Happy 11 months.
