Around here: Christmas break snapshots

First of all, thank you for all the kind messages when we announced our big news yesterday! It's been our best-kept secret for the past three months, and we're so excited to finally share it with the world. Buckle up for a lot of baby-centered posts on this blog! But first, I wanted to document life around here during the break.

Christmas and New Years was spent with Sam's family this year, and it was fun to be with them (even though I inevitably forgot my camera). We got to sneak in a few days of hanging out with my family too. It was fun to just sit around, make Christmas cookies upon Christmas cookies, and play in the snow. Not to mention I got to take a nap or two every day, which has been absolute heaven for this pregnancy fatigued lady.
