If it's a hot summer day and you give your toddler a choice to get ice cream, she'll say yes. And if you give her a choice of ice cream, she'll choose the "blue one!" with sprinkles on top. And if you give her the blue one with sprinkles on top, she'll eagerly devour it. And if she eagerly devours it, she'll make the biggest, brightest, yummiest summer mess.
